1. Who we are

Earthy Wellness is a business registered in Pakistan that operates the online store at earthywellness.pk (the “Website”). In this policy “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Earthy Wellness. We are responsible for the personal information described below.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Orders: your name, mobile number, email address, delivery address, city, province, postal code and any order notes.
• Account: your name, email, phone number and password. Passwords are stored only in a securely hashed form — we can never see them.
• Messages and reviews: what you send through our contact form, WhatsApp or email, and any product reviews you post.
• Newsletter: your email address if you subscribe.
• Payments: we offer Cash on Delivery. We do not collect or store debit or credit card numbers. If you pay by bank transfer or mobile wallet we keep the transaction reference you share with us.

Information collected automatically

• Your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit — recorded in our server and security logs to keep the Website secure and working.
• Cookies and similar technologies, explained in our Cookie Policy.

3. How we use your information

• To process, confirm, deliver and support your orders, including confirmation calls or WhatsApp messages.
• To manage your account and order history.
• To answer your questions, complaints, return and refund requests.
• To prevent fraud, fake orders and misuse, and to keep the Website secure.
• To keep the business and tax records we are required to keep under the laws of Pakistan.
• To send news and offers — only if you have subscribed, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
• To understand how the Website is used and improve it — only with your consent where analytics cookies are involved.

4. Who we share it with

We never sell or rent your personal information. We share it only where needed:

• Courier and logistics partners — your name, phone number and address so they can deliver your parcel and collect cash on delivery.
• Payment partners — banks or mobile wallet providers, only where you choose to pay that way.
• Service providers — website hosting, email and IT providers that process information on our behalf and only under our instructions.
• Authorities — where we are legally required to, for example in response to a lawful request under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 or an order of a court in Pakistan.

Some of our service providers may store data on servers outside Pakistan. Where that happens we choose providers that protect it to a reasonable standard.

5. How long we keep it

• Order and invoice records: for as long as Pakistan’s tax and accounting laws require us to keep them.
• Your account: until you ask us to close it. Order records linked to it are kept as described above.
• Messages and reviews: as long as they are needed to help you, or until you ask us to remove them.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
• Security logs: for a limited period, normally no longer than 12 months.

6. How we protect it

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls for our staff and regular updates to keep your information safe. Only people who need your information to serve you can access it. No system is completely secure, so please keep your account password private and tell us straight away if you think it has been misused.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct information that is wrong or incomplete — you can also update most details yourself in your account;
• delete your account and information, unless we must keep it by law (for example order records);
• stop sending you marketing messages — use the unsubscribe link in any email or message us;
• change your cookie choices — use “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page.

8. Children

Our Website and products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page with the date it was last updated. Significant changes will be highlighted on the Website.
