1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of earthywellness.pk (the “Website”) and to every order you place with Earthy Wellness (“we”, “us”, “our”), a business registered in Pakistan. By using the Website or placing an order you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Shipping, Returns & Refunds policy. Agreements made online are valid and binding under the Electronic Transactions Ordinance, 2002.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or ordering with the permission of a parent or guardian, and able to enter into a binding contract. Please give accurate, complete contact and delivery details — we are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

3. Products

• We describe our products as accurately as we can. Product photos are for illustration; packaging may change slightly between batches.
• Our magnesium oil is for external (topical) use only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
• Avoid contact with eyes and broken skin. A mild tingling sensation can be normal at first; stop using it if irritation continues. We recommend a patch test before first use.
• If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition or take medication, consult your healthcare provider before use. Keep out of reach of children.
• Results vary from person to person. Customer reviews describe individual experiences.

4. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you place your order.
• Available payment methods: Cash on Delivery. For Cash on Delivery, please pay the exact amount to the courier when your parcel arrives.
• We may change prices and offers at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
• If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we will contact you and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel for free.

5. Orders and confirmation

• After you place an order you will see an order number and receive a confirmation if you gave an email address. This is an acknowledgement — the contract is formed when we confirm and dispatch your order.
• We may call or message you to confirm an order before dispatch. If we cannot reach you after reasonable attempts, we may cancel it.
• We may refuse or cancel orders that look fraudulent, are placed in unusually large quantities for resale, or cannot be delivered. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.
• Repeatedly refusing Cash on Delivery parcels without a valid reason may lead us to ask for advance payment on future orders.

6. Offers, promotions and coupons

• “Buy 2 Get 1 Free” and similar offers are applied automatically at checkout for eligible products while the offer is running.
• Coupon codes are subject to their own conditions (such as a minimum order value, expiry date or usage limit), have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Unless stated otherwise, only one coupon can be used per order, and offers cannot be combined.
• We may change or end a promotion at any time; this will not affect orders already placed.

7. Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery timelines, cancellations, returns and refunds are explained in our Shipping, Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms. Please check your parcel when it arrives and tell us about any damage or missing items within 48 hours.

8. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

9. Reviews and content you post

Reviews must be honest, about your own experience and must not contain offensive, false, misleading or unlawful material, or other people’s personal information. By posting a review you allow us to display it on the Website and in our marketing. We may moderate or remove content that breaks these rules.

10. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Website — for example by trying to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, scraping it in bulk, placing fake orders or using it for any unlawful purpose, including any offence under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016.

11. Intellectual property

The Earthy Wellness name, logo, product designs, photos, text and other content on the Website belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

12. Our responsibility to you

We take care to supply products of good quality that match their description. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for misuse of a product or use against its directions, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (such as courier disruptions, strikes, severe weather or public holidays). Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your rights under the consumer protection laws that apply to you in Pakistan, such as the Sindh Consumer Protection Act, 2014 or the Punjab Consumer Protection Act, 2005.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. If you have a complaint, please contact us first — we will try to resolve it fairly and quickly. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the courts at Karachi shall have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach the consumer court or forum available to you under the law of your province.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
