Shipping, Returns & Refunds

1. Delivery

• We deliver to cities and towns across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
• Delivery is free on every order.
• We dispatch orders as soon as they are confirmed. Delivery time depends on your city and the courier’s schedule; remote areas, public holidays and severe weather can add a little time.
• Once your order ships you can follow it on our order tracking page.
• If the courier cannot deliver after repeated attempts, or you are unreachable, the parcel may be returned to us and the order cancelled.

2. Payment on delivery

For Cash on Delivery, please keep the exact amount ready and pay the courier when your parcel arrives. Please do not pay any amount that is different from your order total — contact us if a courier asks you to.

3. Checking your parcel

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged, leaking, incorrect or has missing items, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo or short video. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund.

4. Cancellations

• You can cancel free of charge any time before your order is dispatched — just message us with your order number.
• Once dispatched, the order can no longer be cancelled, but you may return it as described below.

5. Returns

• Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged or not as described.
• To start a return, email info@earthywellness.pk, call +92 336 2126135 or message us on WhatsApp with your order number. We will tell you how to send the product back.
• For change-of-mind returns, the cost of sending the product back is paid by you. If the product was faulty, damaged or wrong, we cover all costs.

6. Refunds

• Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned product (or of approving your claim for damaged or wrong items).
• Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are paid by bank transfer or mobile wallet (such as JazzCash or Easypaisa) to an account in your name. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method where possible.
• We refund the price of the returned products, and the delivery charge if the return is because of our mistake.
• Promotional free items (for example, the free bottle in “Buy 2 Get 1 Free”) must be returned with the order, or their value will be deducted from the refund.

7. Exchanges

If you would prefer a different product (for example a different variant), let us know when you contact us and we will arrange an exchange where stock is available.
